We want to strengthen our team with experts who handle a wide range of tasks supporting recruitment and EB activities. This role gives you an opportunity to expand your experience in many different areas, not only in sourcing.

With us you will be responsible for:  

exceeding business expectations providing top-notch recruitment support including: 

  • creating and executing recruiting programs that systematically drive awareness and excitement about the company to build short and long term recruiting pipelines

  • hiring individuals to fill permanent and temporary positions in a variety of industries and technologies

  • cooperating with recruitment agencies

  • posting positions, candidate interviewing and screening

  • close co-operating with hiring managers in a field of recruitment and HR issues

  • assessing Candidates based on their skills, desired job requirements and qualifications as well as fit with company culture

  • navigating any negotiation over salary and other benefits

  • ensuring compliance with new hire requirements such as background screening and others

  • enhancing the employment brand through all channels (web, social media, career fairs, collaboration with universities, internal communication, etc.)

  • taking care of best practices in recruitment and market data analysis performed by hiring staff (including proper use of recruiting tools and processes)

How do we see a perfect skillset for this position? 

Soft skills are very important in recruiting, because you need to both read potential candidates for a good cultural fit and entice candidates to work for the company you represent. The most important soft skills include a strong social aptitude, the ability to communicate effectively, relationship building and excellent organization. 

 We expect you to have:

  • over 2 years professional experience in IT recruitment area

  • bachelor's degree in management, sociology, psychology or similar 

  • high degree of professionalism and confidentiality

  • superb customer focus

  • experience in using creative sourcing methods including internet sourcing techniques, referral management

  • ability to be a multitasking person and work with many threads at the same time

  • energetic and outgoing personality with excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills

  • flexibility and ability to priorities in order to achieve goals

  • initiative and proactivity with the ability to work autonomously and push things to move forward

  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • very good English
