With us you will be responsible for
supporting our local and international project teams with complex contact center solutions
acting as a technical expert who is able to implement technical solutions as well as a coach supporting colleagues in their competence development
building the understanding of customer business, anticipate customer needs and discover alternative solutions that are relevant for our customer’s success
participating in sales processes to ensure realistic planning
We expect you to have
the ability to consult professionally
minimum five years experience in the contact center area
knowledge (basic architecture view) in network technologies, database systems, software engineering, operating systems, application servers and security concepts
knowledge in working with voice processing systems and VOIP technologies
experience with interface technologies, requirements engineering, UML, and contact center related products (for instance Genesys)
experience with OmniChannel Integrations (such as Chat, Social Media a.s.o.)
solid experience in project management and working with pre-sales activities as well as capability of handling discussions in German and English
willingness to travel in order to provide best services to our customers
