We are now looking for a consultant manager to drive one of our IFS teams. If you want to be part of a fast-growing team with all its career potential and contribute to reaching our growth targets, we have the perfect role for you.

As a consultant manager, you will lead a growing IFS team of and additionally, act as a sales lead both in add-on sales for existing customers and new clients in IFS presales.

Your responsibilities also include;

  • Resource planning and efficient management 
  • Team competence management keeping up with the latest IFS technology and innovation to customers
  • Operational Excellence - High quality in all deliveries and following common processes and policies
  • People leadership maintaining a healthy and professional work environment 
  • Strong client-facing and customer focus
  • Work closely with other consulting, sales and business teams
  • Carry good analytical skills, ability to research and learn and provide effective solutions for business
  • Ensure high level of Employee and Customer Satisfaction

We like you to have the following;

  • + 3 years’ experience in IFS business preferably consulting and AM services background
  • University degree or similar educational background
  • Good network in the Swedish IFS field
  • Team leading experience 
  • Sales orientation
  • Good people leadership skills
  • Fluent Swedish and English speaking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills in both working languages 
  • Open to frequent business travels around Sweden
