We are looking for a Salesforce Lead to join our Customer Experience team, to grow & lead our Salesforce business to the next level.

TietoEVRY’s Salesforce team is growing and is highly valued by our colleagues and customers. Our customers experiment new Salesforce clouds first, integrate their CX processes, and use these solutions globally. They expect us to design, implement and support all their Salesforce related services.  These jobs are a deep dive into Salesforce and its full capabilities. 

As a Salesforce Lead,

You will be leading and working together with our colleagues in Finland, Sweden, and Norway, as well as with our experienced global offshore team of Salesforce professionals.

You would work actively with our customers to identify the opportunities for Salesforce platform, formulate value propositions and proposals to agree interesting projects and services. You also build sales pipeline with the support from our sales team and marketing, without hesitation to find and contact new customers personally as well.

Salesforce partnership would be on your responsibility, to ensure continuous communication, do Go-To-Market and offering & competence planning with your team.

You’d be dealing with people and team matters, taking care of team lead practicalities and responsibilities together with senior team members and support functions.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
 

  • A Make-it-Happen –attitude.
  • Customer centricity: Holistic view and understanding of different customer challenges and situations
  • Experience in multi-location, multi-team and multi-vendor environments
  • Prior experience in Salesforce implementations and services
  • Salesforce certifications and hands-on experience with Salesforce core clouds and/or multi-clouds will be considered a plus
  • Effective communication, documentation, and presentation skills both in Finnish and English. Swedish considered a plus.
