We provide innovative IT solutions for laboratory customers in both the public and private sectors across Nordic countries. We are now looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist to become part of Finnish Team. In this role, you are responsible for technical support for our clinical laboratory customers.

This is an active role in our team of Technical Specialists, Application Specialists and SW developers. As a Junior Customer Support Specialist you are a key player in activities that include technical support, deliveries, installations, as well as technical consulting on laboratory IT solutions and troubleshooting.

To enjoy working with us in this role, we believe that you should have:

  • Fluency in both Finnish and English languages
  • Knowledge about Microsoft SQL servers, Windows-, and Microsoft technologies and ServiceNow
  • Understanding of IT services and solutions in the healthcare domain
  • Probably some work experience in the healthcare sector & providing support for healthcare specialist
