With us you will be responsible for:
you will work on integrations that are scripted and completely different for each customer. Integrate a customer system with TietoEvry ServiceNow, the market leader in ticket automation software where tickets are handled (whether "incidents or requests").
development on the ServiceNow platform will primarily include new integrations, enhancementsand bug fixes
We expect you to have:
knowledge of SOAP, Rest, XML and AngularJS
Base knowledge of ITIL is advantage
Good communication and teamwork skills (work on shared development, solving key users requests)
Experience with ServiceNow, but we are able to teach you
SIAM process knowledge
Knowledge of integration engine
