With us, you will be responsible

As a Functional Expert, you will play an important role in the Continuous Services team of the TietoEVRY Payments and Messaging solutions. A central task will be Problem Management and analysis of the incident and changes being raised by the customer of the world’s biggest banks. The role interacts with customers, continuous service managers, development teams and other subject matter experts to understand the customer problem and the customer need. After an analysis of the problem is done, you will drive the Root Cause Analysis and work on preventive problem management. You will bring business and domain knowledge to the teams, assisting them in developing Payments and Messaging solutions for the future. Support and participate in testing the customer issues as and when needed.

As a Functional Expert, you will be expected to be proactive and have control over the problem being analyzed. Establish a good professional relationship with the customer where the customer trusts you to be their reliable partner to grow their business and meet their client SLAs.

Your profile and experience

We seek you with previous experience from the role of Business Analyst in the Financial Sector where you have provided consulting and/or business analysis support in areas related to payments, core banking or cash management.  Specialists in any of these areas will be preferred and hands on experience with solutions for various products like direct debits, direct credits, payments, account solutions, multi-bank payments and SWIFT based payments is a plus.

We believe you have at least 6-10 years of experience from the role or in process and / or business analysis. You master English fluently in speech and writing.

You are genuinely interested in seeking new knowledge and experience, are results- and customer-oriented and used to working in Customer support area. You should be a team player where you learn and share with the team.

Should also have the skills to work independently and feeling confident in your professional role, where you take great responsibility and ownership of the problem at hand.
