PPS Change management

PPS offers two training formats:
Change management programme
Delivered remotely over 6 weeks. You will learn the fundamentals of change management and actively work with a change during the program, which provides immediate impact for you and your organisation.

Delivered over 2 days in a classroom setting. You will learn the fundamentals of change management and gain solid conditions for successfully implementing changes.
