PPS Refresh for project managers is a digital course that helps you rehearse and refresh your PPS basic project management skills. The course is intended for you who has taken the Step 1 training – “basic project management” and feel a need to repeat and review the content.

Content
Corresponds to the content of Step 1 - basic project management

Objective
After the course you will have:

• knowledge about the PPS view and structure
• an understanding of the project manager’s responsibilities in relation to the orderer and steering group
• the ability to apply basis skills
• support in managing challenges in a project

Target group
Anybody who has previously taken the Step1 training and would like to refresh their skills.

Description
The course is on-line and can be run from anywhere and in your own pace. The course contains films, presentations and some reflection assignments. 

Duration
You will have access to the online course for three months from the day you log on.
The time it takes to run the course is estimated to 6 hours.
