PPS Leadership – Leadership in the role of project manager

PPS Leadership gives you the knowledge you need to be able to lead people in your mutual project work. You will learn how to extract benefits from your colleagues collected competence and capacity as well as create a winning team.

Objective
After the course you will have:

  • knowledge about how leadership skills are used in a project, according to PPS
  • knowledge about the communication skills that you can use in your leadership
  • knowledge about the different ways to manage conflict situations
  • insight into leading individuals when they undergo change
  • insight into your leadership strengths

Target group
Project managers, sub-project managers and project managers who wish to develop their ability to lead a group

Qualifications
Basic methodology knowledge, equivalent to PPS Step 1 is an advantage, but not a requirement

Description
You will go through the leadership skills, mixed with reflection, group assignments and roleplay
