The solution is based on Tieto's leading and standardized public sector solution, Public 360 ° Online, which includes all core processes such as billing, domain management and plan management. Värmdö municipality's ambition is to further develop the solution during the contract period to meet other needs for user support within the various administrations.

Tieto’s cloud-based overall solution is delivered as an automated service through Microsoft Azure, including operations, continuous updates, support, external publishing and integration.
