Brilliant Future have conducted their annual survey on the customer experience within the financial services sector. This year, over 2.2 million customer surveys were analyzed and once again Tietoevry were ranked among the top companies.
The Brilliant Future Awards were created to recognize companies that provide exceptional customer experiences. Surveys are analyzed across 12 months to gain an overview of customer interaction throughout the year, using quantitative data. The award provides a benchmark for companies to see how they rank with other providers in the industry.
