Storage pool issue in TietoEVRY’s datacenter in Finland solved

The technical issue discovered in TietoEVRY’s datacenter in Finland during the night towards June 8, was discovered to be caused by a failed grid controller. All storage pools are now online and the customer services have returned/are returning to normal.
We thank our customers for their patience and apologize for the harm the incident may have caused.

There is an ongoing incident at TietoEVRY’s datacenter in Finland which is affecting the services for a number of customers.
We apologize for the situation and do our utmost to solve it soonest. Our own and partner experts are working continually on solving the situation.
