About the role:   

• We are simplifying everyday life for schools in the Nordics. As our Database specialist you will be supporting the future success of many parts of the TietoEvry Education organization & customers.
• You will be central to the migration of complete customer production datasets from our own legacy system and from 3rd party vendors into the Tieto Education product.
• You will be supporting our development teams when modelling the future data layer of our products to come.
• The most challenging of data related issues at our customer´s will be sorted by you and your team.
• As automation of deliveries, data migration and quality assurance are key aspects to us, you will find yourself driving automation wherever possible and plausible.
• Through your eager to continuously learn new ways to create value using technology and peer to peer collaboration you will build the future Nordic Education system.

To enjoy working with us in this role, we believe that you have:     

• Coaching skills.
• Documented experience working with large datasets in MS SQL Server.
• Background of scripting and automation in SQL & PowerShell.
• Ability to bring in new innovative ideas and a willingness to drive change.  
• Fluently communicating in Swedish & English.
