The solution
The main objectives for the Tampere City Region are to acquire easy-to-use and standardized services for various service areas such as:
- Centralize platform service to Tietoevry data centres and to public cloud
- Standardize the way of delivering end-user services across all administrative functions provided by Tampere City Region
- Centralized integration platform enabling consistent way of connecting into various environments and organizations, with whom Tampere City Region is collaborating
- M365 implementation enables a flexible way of working for the employees widely in the Tampere City Region
About the customer
The City of Tampere is the third largest city in Finland and includes the whole Tampere City region with over 400.000 residents. Tampere City region, which consists of 9 different cities and municipalities, is providing various services for its residents and companies. Their aim is to be in the top position in education, innovation, renewal and competencies to attract new residents and companies.
