The Oslo Stock Exchange approves TietoEVRY for listing on Oslo Børs

The Oslo Stock Exchange has resolved to admit the shares in Tieto Corporation (to be renamed TietoEVRY Corporation after completion of the merger with EVRY ASA) to listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of listing must satisfy the listing requirements on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
The Chief Executive Officer of the Oslo Stock Exchange determines the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 17 January 2020.
