Participation in share matching program

(Oslo, 31 May 2018) Reference is made to the share matching program approved by the Annual General Meeting of EVRY ASA (the "Company") on 3 May 2018.

The following members of the Board of Directors of the Company have elected to participate in the share matching program by purchasing shares in the Company in the following amounts:

Göran Lindahl - NOK 266 666

Alnoor Ramji - NOK 166 667

Kristin Krohn Devold - NOK 166 667

Leif Teksum - NOK 166 666

Malin Persson - NOK 166 667

Bente Riis Lennertzen - NOK 96 000

Jenny Lindh - NOK 96 000

Sigve Sandvik Lærdal - NOK 35 000

Each of the above board members will in connection with their purchases receive matching shares with a corresponding value as the amounts as set out above from the Company.

It is expected that both the shares purchased by the respective board members and the shares to be received by each of them as matching shares will be delivered in the form of treasury shares held by and/or to be acquired by the Company.

The share transactions will be completed as soon as possible.

A separate disclosure announcement will be sent once the share transactions have been completed.
