EVRY and Microsoft are strengthening its partnership in order to offer faster and better cloud services to Nordic customers.

The Nordic market for cloud services is expected to grow 20% annually according to a recent survey from IDC. Although use of cloud is maturing rapidly, most companies lack the overall cloud strategy, as well as tools, processes, and skills to consolidate and integrate cloud services, the survey says. In the journey toward multi-cloud, workloads are repeatedly moved between cloud resources, and applications are modernized to ensure portability and performance in a cloud environment.

As customers accelerate their cloud-journey, multi-cloud orchestration, integration and automation will be increasingly important. EVRY already have solutions for this in place, delivering secure and automated public cloud operation and orchestration services to many customers through its cloud management platform and corresponding delivery organisation. Following this market development closely, EVRY continue to invest in competence and capabilities in order to be a trusted partner to our customers on their migration to public cloud.

With Microsoft`s opening of two new Norwegian based data centers regions, EVRY have started an extensive project to strengthen their cloud offerings. EVRY and Microsoft will evaluate the best way for customers to migrate to the cloud. Based on lessons learned from this project and an ongoing parallel pilot-program for selected cloud-customers, EVRY will create a best practice foundation for our Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions in the future.
