Tieto and Lassila & Tikanoja deepen their strategic IT partnership

Tieto and Lassila & Tikanoja (L&T) further strengthen their long-term partnership by signing an agreement for Tieto to provide L&T company-wide IT services. Under the outsourcing agreement, Tieto will deliver L&T IT services including application management, service integration and management as well as hybrid infra services. According to the agreement altogether 23 Lassila & Tikanoja employees, 20 in Finland and 3 in Sweden, will transfer to Tieto. Tieto has supported L&T with IT services already for several years, and this strategic IT partnership aims to accelerate L&T’s digitalization and data-driven business initiatives.

The transaction is expected to close by June 1, 2019. The financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
