Tieto appoints Thomas Nordås (MBA) as Managing Partner, Norway and a member of the company’s Leadership Network as of 1 June 2019.
Nordås will be responsible for driving growth for Tieto in the Norwegian market, establishing Digital Experience business with consulting services to facilitate innovation and renewal for Norwegian customers. The Digital Experience business at Tieto, including design of service experiences and smart use of data, will form the core of the company’s new strategy and future growth. Nordås will also contribute to continued healthy development of industry software and IT modernization.
Thomas Nordås joins Tieto from Sopra Steria, where he has held several leadership positions during the past six years, recently as Managing Director of Business Consulting and former Head of Sales Scandinavia. Prior to Sopra Steria, Nordås served in various consulting roles at McKinsey, Ernst & Young and Mercuri International.
