Schneider Electric selects Tietoevry as transformation partner to accelerate its site-search experience

Schneider Electric Poland and Findwise, a part of Tietoevry Create, enters a strategic partnership to improve search experience and grow Schneider’s e-commerce potential

Schneider Electric is a multinational company that drives digital transformation by integrating world-leading process and energy technologies. The partnership with Tietoevry supports Schneider’s target of obtaining a world-class searching experience for their websites around the world, including a unified behaviour of their subsidiary brands.

“We are excited to be selected as Schneider’s strategic partner to support its team responsible for global site search in around 70 countries. Under the contract, we will provide Schneider with our knowledge and tools aiming to take its site search and e-commerce to the next level. Our goal is to work together to improve search experience and replace the existing platform with a single one, based on Elasticsearch engine.” - says Tomasz Sobczak, Product Owner of Findwise i3 at Tietoevry.

An experienced Findwise team is also aiming to apply machine learning to search in order to learn from user behavior and provide more relevant results, which is one of the key steps towards a personalized experience. All actions are focused on growing e-commerce potential of Schneider’s site search based on information discovery and product 360 degree view. The measurable results of the cooperation will be visible in growing KPIs like CTR and NPS for Schneider's websites.
