Tieto’s wealth ecosystem gets boost with Quantfolio

29 April 2019

Quantfolio becomes the latest organisation to join Tieto’s growing WealthMapper ecosystem, bringing robo advisory, machine learning and AI capabilities to users of the modular platform.

The rapid evolution of the fintech space means that companies have to adapt faster than ever to disrupt and innovate. Tieto's WealthMapper helps these businesses leverage a powerful range of partners to deliver new products. The modular digital-toolkit uses the latest developments in technology and distribution to speed up innovation and time to market.

Quantfolio uses machine learning algorithms to provide automated, sophisticated AI advice, a service that will add new functionality to the WealthMapper platform and support various automation accelerators in risk mitigation, portfolio management and rebalancing.

Jan Skaathun, Commercial Director & Co-Founder at Quantfolio says: “Over the last 20 years we have launched technology internationally and realize the potential of good partnerships. Tieto checks all the boxes from integrating with other cutting-edge financial technologies to sales relationships and strategy. In my experience, these are the partnerships that last and provide value over time. We are excited Tieto has chosen to work with us.”

Christian Segersven, Head of Tieto Industry Software, says: “Quantfolio has filled a gap in our ecosystem and strengthened our offering. Technology accelerators like AI, machine learning and robo advisory are becoming the new normal, so this partnership will bring great benefits to our customers.”
