Tieto Security Services, a business unit of the Nordic IT services and software company Tieto, continues the expansion of its service portfolio by introducing security consulting services, and expanded Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities. Tieto Security Services is taking a quantum leap into becoming a Europe based global security outsourcing and managed cybersecurity services provider.
With digitalization continuing to make inroads across all industries and organizations, the importance of cybersecurity increases exponentially. To respond to increasing market demand, Tieto Security Services continues to expand and strengthen its offering and portfolio by founding a 24-strong security consulting team, and establishing an Identity and Access Management (IAM) unit. In addition, appointed is new Head of Managed Security Services Mika Huhtanen.

The Tieto Security Services consulting arm consists of 24 people. Integrated from other Tieto business units, the consulting side represents a broad and deep expertise of different industries.
The new Head of Managed Security Services unit Mika Huhtanen is the latest addition to the Tieto Security Services team.

Huhtanen is the second high profile hire to Tieto Security Services in the recent months. Recently announced was the appointment of Security Operations Center (SOC) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) head Gawel Mikolajczyk.
