As Cactos Energia expands its role from energy storage manufacturer to electricity retailer, the company needed a modern, scalable customer service and billing platform to support rapid growth. The browser-based CIS solution runs on Microsoft Azure and is delivered by Tieto. With its highly comprehensive API interfaces, the system integrates smoothly into Cactos Energia’s ecosystem, enabling high-quality, end-to-end business processes with low operating costs.
