EVRY ASA: EVRY has reached an agreement with Geldservice Nederland B.V. (GSN)

(Oslo, 3 July 2018) Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 18 June 2018 in which EVRY announced that it was selected to enter into exclusive negotiations with Geldservice Nederland B.V. (GSN) for delivery of services necessary to facilitate ATM transactions in the Netherlands. EVRY is pleased to announce that the parties have now reached an agreement for an initial period of five years from commencement of service delivery and with options for another three years. The contract is estimated to represent a total value in excess of NOK 500 million. Pursuant to the contract, EVRY is to deliver an ATM platform and technology that will improve GSNs ability to run efficient and reliable ATM services. EVRY will deliver the services by leveraging its well-functioning Nordic competence environment for ATM services.

GSN is a leading service provider responsible for the provisioning of cash on behalf of three major banks in the Netherlands; Rabobank, ABN AMRO Bank and ING Bank.
