Objective
After completing the program, you will have:  

  • Experience in applying PPS change management in your organisation
  • Understanding of different needs during a change and the leadership required
  • Knowledge of roles and responsibilities in a change initiative
  • Knowledge of how to assess, prepare, and implement a change effort
  • Knowledge of how business change work is part of organisational development and interacts with project work

Target Group
Anyone involved in business change who wants to develop their ability to lead the human transition linked to organisational development.  

Prerequisites
No prior knowledge required.  

Implementation

The program runs over a total of 6 weeks and is delivered remotely. It includes instructor-led webinars, assignments, and reflection in our course platform, as well as individual support.

It includes a total of 15 hours of scheduled time (see dates below), plus approximately 15–25 hours of individual work depending on how much time you spend on the exercises.
