Our operative management consists of the CEO, the Group Executive Team and the related business organizations
The CEO is appointed by the Board and is responsible for the Group’s operative management, internal efficiency and quality. The CEO is assisted by the Group Executive Team, which includes heads of businesses as well as CFO and heads of Group functions such as HR, Communications and Legal.
Endre Rangnes
President and CEO
Endre brings with him close to three decades of experience from the technology sector, specifically from fintech businesses, including various CEO positions. He has been on Tieto's Board since 2014. Owing to his long contribution in the company, Endre has gained extensive insights into the company. He was appointed interim CEO effective 5 May 2025.
Mario Blazevic
Managing Director, Tieto Banktech
Mario has previously held several senior leadership positions within the Banking business at Tieto and EVRY. He also brings with him solid international experience from various management positions in software engineering since 2001.
Johan Enger Nygaard
Interim Managing Director, Tieto Tech Consulting
With over two decades of strategic leadership experience across diverse industries, Johan has consistently demonstrated a strong focus on technology and software. His career spans both entrepreneurial ventures and senior executive roles within publicly listed companies.
Oddgeir Hansen
Executive Project Lead
Oddgeir joined Tieto in 2025. He has gained broad international experience from management positions in IBM, EDB Business Partner, Lindorff, Axactor and Zolva.
Tomi Hyryläinen
Chief Financial Officer
Tomi joined Tieto in 2018, following a long career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has gained broad international experience, working for example in Sweden and in Silicon Valley, US.
Ari Järvelä
Managing Director, Tieto Caretech
Ari has worked with Tieto since 2001, in various management positions across industries, as head of Finland and the Baltics area, and as the head of Data-Driven Businesses among others.
Jacob Løvf Nestande
Head of Group Operations and Platforms
Jacob has been with Tietoevry since 2016 in various leadership roles. He has a background within finance, management consulting, sourcing and operations.
Jonna Peltola
Head of Communications and Brand
Jonna has been with Tieto since 2020. She has gained broad 20+ years’ experience in her field, having worked across a diverse range of enterprises and responsibilities.
Bent Philipps
Interim Managing Director, Tieto Indtech
Bent has been heading one of leading software business units in Tieto Indtech, Public 360. Bent has over 30 years of diverse leadership experience from IT industry, with deep expertise in digitalization, AI-driven transformation, and business model innovation.
Trine Rønningen
Group Head of HR
Trine brings more than 20 years of experience from various HR leadership positions in IT, telecommunications and the maritime sector, as well as a change management consulting background.
Jussi Tokola
General Counsel, Head of Group Legal and Compliance
Jussi has been with Tieto since 2002, holding various positions in both business units and the Legal and Compliance function.
