Tietoevry can provide specialist educational consultants according to different types of schools, with a background in the school's area of operation and extensive experience in school administration.
Our development consultants can help with customer-specific training or process support based on the customer's needs and wishes. When starting up with Edlevo, training is planned as part of the project in collaboration with the customer and our project managers who have broad experience in project management in the public sector.
Our customer support covers all products and modules within Tietoevry Education and consists of an incoming Service Desk, support agents with specific competences within all parts of Edlevo as well as agents with deeper technical competences.
Our support is based on ITIL's basic processes and includes roles such as Incident Manager and Problem Manager.
When required, we also have an overall unifying role, the Continuous Service Manager (CSM), who monitors the delivery we carry out and ensure it is handled according to agreed processes and routines.
