PPS certification change manager

Do you want confirmation of your change management skills?

As a certified change manager, your chances of leading prioritised change initiatives within the organisation increase.
The certification serves as a quality stamp for your knowledge as a change manager and also offers personal insights and time for reflection.

The certification is based on the PPS model and the PPS framework for change management.

Certification components

The certification is conducted remotely, allowing you to choose your location. You may use PPS OnLine as support during the process.
Allocated time for the certification is 3.5 hours, and it consists of two parts:

• Part 1: Multiple-choice questions
• Part 2: Descriptive answer questions

Prerequisites
To begin the certification, you must have completed PPS change management course.

Price and booking terms

• Completed certification: SEK 9,000 (excluding VAT). Invoiced after completion.
• Full fee is charged if cancellation occurs less than one week before the start.
• Half the fee is charged if cancellation occurs 1–3 weeks before the start.
• If the written exam is not passed, the full fee is still charged.
• Re-certification is available for SEK 4,500 (excluding VAT).

Certification schedule

• The written exam takes place from 08:30 to 12:00.
• Results will be reviewed and communicated no later than the day after the exam.

Validity

The PPS change manager certification is valid indefinitely and does not require re-certification.
