Findwise i3 is an information platform that uses Elasticsearch or Apache Solr under the hood to provide advanced, personalized search experience. It supports different kinds of solutions for e-commerce, workplace, customer service and similar. With powerful data enrichment, natural language processing and manageable relevance, Findwise i3 ensures right information at the right time.
What is next for Findwise i3?
We are currently working on the upcoming minor version 4.4.0.
We follow the rules of semantic versioning and we aim to release a new minor version every ~2 months.
Below table summarizes the changes in each release.

| 4.0.0 | 2025.01.13 | Major release 4.0.0 introduces substantial upgrades and system-wide improvements. Key dependencies have been updated, including MongoDB, Spring Boot, Solr, Lucene 9.x, Elasticsearch 8.x, and migration to Java 17. User authentication now supports Keycloak for SSO, with Simple Security available as an alternative. AI-model management has been enhanced with the ability to switch embedding models. The deprecated SEP 3 module has been renamed to Curate, and outdated features and APIs have been removed. Additional improvements include a Tika upgrade, unified time formats and zones across i3, updated graphical design aligned with the latest Findwise standards, vulnerability mitigations, bug fixes, and other minor enhancements. |
