Tietoevry concludes its exit from Russia

Following the company’s announcement on March 3 to discontinue operations in Russia, Tietoevry has sold its Russian operations as a local management buy-out. With this transaction, Tietoevry ends all its local operations in Russia and transitions all its responsibilities including employees, customers, suppliers, legal and regulatory to the new owners. As part of the arrangement, Tietoevry will provide normal transition services to the new owners.

As communicated earlier, Tietoevry’s exit from Russia is not expected to have any material impact on Group financials.
