High-level grid planning with the General Planning Tool (GPT) combines analysis of the current network status and long-term planning to allow you to plan for 20 years into the future. It analyses the most optimal investments from different perspectives (electrical, network value, regulation, and reliability). Scenario-based planning supports time-related phased planning for decades into the future.

Network information system

With built-in asset documentation, grid planning, reporting, and geographical information, you will be able to design and implement future-proof distribution networks with your subcontractors more efficiently and more economically than ever before. NIS includes network planning, documentation and maintenance, contracts handling, reporting and network analyses, and is suitable for electricity, earthing, streetlight, and district heating networks.

Projecting & Budgeting

Projecting & Budgeting allows the DSO to automatically create project plans and budgeting for actual network plans made with NIS (Network Information System). The tool enables project planning and budgeting for both network investments and network maintenance works. Budgets can be easily updated based on the latest NIS plan.

Errand management

Errand Management is a tool for task and work order process management. The module enables efficient interaction between the DSO back office and the workers and contractors in the field. The DSO has real-time control including the ability to follow up on the errands and can also see all the errands on a map enjoying an intuitive visual user experience.

Field applications

Field applications work on the web and in mobile mode, also allowing offline use. This makes it easy to share, with unlimited use for the DSO and partners. Network and background maps are included for field survey, fault inspection, network maintenance, and knowing the real-time situation of projects. With the field application, accurate network plans and job descriptions are available on-site for network investment and maintenance projects.

Reporting

The solution includes regulatory reporting for the present net value and replacement value of the network and amount of newly built and demolished network.
