TietoEVRY is launching a new unit in the healthcare and social care sector. The unit will be a leading provider of software and services to the sector, led by Anders Jönebratt who is joining from Karolinska University Hospital, where he held a position as CIO.
Since the merger of Tieto and EVRY at the turn of the year, TietoEVRY has taken several important steps in its integration process. TietoEVRY is committed to strengthening its position in the healthcare and social care domain and it is now the time to launch a new consolidated unit that will offer more integrated software products and solutions in the Nordic region and globally.
TietoEVRY is currently enabling the digitalization of processes for specialist and primary care as well as family and elderly care. As the domain is accelerating its transition to more citizen and patient centric models, we want to be sure that our organization and software products are not only meeting the demands of the market but also being at the vanguard of creating the next generation of services with our customers and partners.
On November 2, an important key player in the new organization, Anders Jönebratt, will join as Head of healthcare and social care.

Anders Jönebratt most recently came from a role as CIO at Karolinska University Hospital, where he has for more than four years run and worked with change projects in IT and Karolinska's organization and governance, IT infrastructure and systems for the new hospital and new buildings. He has deep experience in the consulting industry, with many years at Accenture where he was responsible for Health & Public Services in Sweden. Anders Jönebratt has also lived in Germany for about ten years, where he first worked at the Swedish Trade Council and then was CEO of a company that developed high-tech solutions for positioning, which was used for virtual and augmented reality with applications in clinical activities and research etc.
