Tietoevry has been positioned as a Nordic leader in the 2020 ISG Provider Lens™ Intelligent Automation Solutions and Services report. According to a new report by the Information Services Group (ISG), enterprises across industries worldwide are embracing digital transformation to future-proof their businesses. Intelligent automation is seen at the heart of this transformation.

The need to remain competitive, agile and effective in delivering value to customers, partners and stakeholders is the trigger for adopting intelligent automation. The economic impact of COVID-19 will be long-lasting for enterprises, and the ones that implement intelligent automation now will be able to optimize costs, productivity and capacity and reduce risks in the short term to stay prepared for the future.

The goal of automation increasingly is shifting from cost savings to improved productivity, indicating an understanding that technology automates routine work, and not jobs. Enterprises with advanced automation capabilities expect automation to provide improved employee productivity, data accuracy and customer experience.

Early adopters of automation in the Nordics are stepping up digital transformation to gain an advantage when they need it most,” said Jan Erik Aase, partner and global leader, ISG Provider Lens Research. “We are seeing a majority of service provider clients increasing their automation spending, not despite the economy, but because of it.”

“We see that the benefits of automation will grow as companies scale the use of it. When leveraged on all levels, infrastructure, applications and business processes, the advantages are a hundredfold compared to point-to-point implementations. We focus on bringing these capabilities for our customers as an integral part of our ICT services when acting as an end-to-end ICT partner for them,” says Olli Pirttijärvi, Head of Business Applications in Tietoevry.

Tietoevry has been named a leader in the following quadrants:

  • Intelligent Business Automation
  • Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps)

“Tietoevry has a very strong presence in the Nordics, with a deep understanding of the local market and cultural nuances. The company has the determination to unlock digital potential and drive accumulated value across the enterprise landscape, leveraging its process-mining, RPA autopilot, intelligent document processing and cognitive capabilities, “ says Amar Changulani, Lead Analyst at ISG Research.
