Brilliant Futures research has announced the winners of the Brilliant Awards – Customer Experience 2021 and awarded TietoEVRY Credit Solutions as the best in Customer Service in the Financial Services category.
The award acknowledges organisations in Sweden that have provided exceptional customer experiences through their customer service. It is based on data from 135 Swedish organisations and a total of 2.5 million customer surveys have been mapped.

The collection of data has been ongoing since 1 January 2020 and is based on 2.5 million customer surveys that have been conducted in Sweden. Brilliant's data shows that organizations that deliver high employee engagement in their customer service have more loyal customers than those who do not.
