TietoEVRY Corporation (“Tietoevry”) has published its Annual Report for 1 January–31 December 2021. The Financial Review, including the Report by the Board of Directors, Financial Statements, the Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report, is available as an attachment to this release.
Tietoevry’s Sustainability Report 2021 is integrated into the Annual Report. The report, prepared in accordance with GRI Standards, outlines Tietoevry’s performance according to the Sustainability Game Plan 2023 which emphasizes actions for the climate, ethical conduct and creating an exciting place to work. The report covers the company’s high ambitions regarding climate action and measures such as commitment to the Science Based Targets Initiative.
The combined Annual Report 2021 is available on Tietoevry’s website. The company publishes its annual financial statements also in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF), available as an attachment to this release.
