The funds Blackwell Partners LLC and Polygon European Equity Opportunity Master Fund (the "Funds"), both under the management of Polygon Global Partners LLP ("Polygon"), have on 4 December 2019 acquired, in total, 24,688,217 shares in EVRY ASA, from Polygon (PE) Holdings Limited ("Polygon PE Holdings"), which is owned by the Funds. After the transaction, the Funds own a total of 24,688,217shares in EVRY ASA, equivalent to 6.66% of the issued share capital and voting rights in EVRY ASA. As a result of the transaction, Polygon PE Holdings' shareholding in EVRY ASA falls from 24,688,217 shares to 0 shares, equivalent to a decrease from 6.66% to 0% of the issued share capital and voting rights in EVRY ASA. There has been no change as result of the transaction to Polygon's shareholdings in EVRY ASA.
