Tietoevry Banking was rewarded as the third best company in customer service in the financial services industry in Sweden. This is the fifth consecutive year in a row when the company is among the top 3 in creating exceptional customer experiences.

The Credit BPO team is known for its friendly customer service and short response times to customer requests. Majority of the customers who call the BPO customer service immediately get the help they need.

Brilliant Future has analyzed more than 2,3 million quantitative customer surveys in Sweden as the basis for the result. The surveys cover the full year 2023 meaning that Tietoevry Banking has excelled all the time.
