With reference to the allegations on anticompetitive actions and consequent fines received on December 15, 2021 Infopulse Ukraine decided not to appeal to the decision by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
Based on the findings of the independent investigation conducted by an external auditor, the assignments of responsible persons have been terminated. In addition, the company has initiated improvements in areas of supervision and control as well raising awareness on the competition law.
