The latest ISG Provider Lens™ report, Future of Work – Services and Solutions, explores how the COVID-19 pandemic has drastically changed the way people work. While a gradual shift to a remote-working model had been expected to take place even before the pandemic, the crisis has significantly accelerated the trend. Enterprises that have changed their business culture and technological adoption have learned to iterate, adapt and overcome.
The pandemic has led to an understanding that the future of work is about more than just technology and support functions performed by enterprise IT functions.
“As in every other part of the world, enterprises in the Nordics also faced extreme disruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic,” says Hilde Walter Moland, Head of End User Services at TietoEVRY. “Nordic organizations doubled their efforts in terms for building digital capabilities and accelerating transformation. Some of their other concerns included the well-being, health and safety of employees, work-life balance, and job and financial security. These challenges have led organizations to seek consulting-led approaches to maintaining business continuity and operational excellence.”
In the ISG Provider Lens™ Future of Work report, TietoEVRY has been acknowledged as a leader in three quadrants: Managed Digital Workplace Services, Managed Employee Experience Services, and Workplace Strategy Transformation Services.
“We are very proud of these recognitions. TietoEVRY is continuously investing in competence development and partners to support us in both an advisory capacity and the implementation of the optimal services for each organization, based on their specific needs," says Moland.
“TietoEVRY offers a highly comprehensive portfolio of end user experience services covering diverse aspects of workplace support, collaboration and enabling physical offices,” says Mrinal Rai, Principal Analyst, ISG Information Services Group. “The company’s Energized Workspace offering and strong advisory and transformation services are designed to provide and manage an enhanced user experience in the hybrid way of working. In addition, TietoEVRY’s ability to enable and support remote collaboration technologies helps its Nordic clients to reduce carbon emissions and realize a green-tech enabled future.”
