The Pune DevCon 2025 concluded recently with great success, attracting a significant number of participants from diverse technology industries. The conference was held in person on December 20 at MCCIA Trade Tower, SB Road, Pune. Tieto Caretech proudly served as a Platinum Partner for the first time, marking an important milestone in our association with this vibrant developer community.
Pune DevCon is a flagship developer conference, organized by the Pune User Group. The event, brilliantly organized by the Pune User Group, brought together passionate techies and leaders for a day of learning, collaboration, and inspiration. It was a powerful mix of visionary keynotes and sessions across AI, DevOps, and modern engineering.
Highlights of the in-person event:
At Tieto, we believe that engineering is more than just writing code; it is about architecting scalable solutions that solve complex, real-world problems. This belief drove our strong participation in the recent Pune Developer Conference 2025, where our technical experts took the stage to share how we are shaping the future of software and artificial intelligence.
· Salim R. Tamboli (Principal Enterprise Architect, Tieto Caretech), delivered an insightful keynote titled 'Beyond Code: Platform Thinking and the Future of Software Development.' His presentation established a strong vision for purposeful engineering, focusing specifically on the evolution of platform engineering within an AI-native ecosystem.
· Ajinkya Sabale (Sr. Software Architect, Tieto Caretech) and Swapnil Kulkarni (Sr. Tech Lead, Tieto Caretech) jointly presented a session on 'Contextual Intelligence powered by MCP' which bridges AI agents with real enterprise systems. It moves beyond RAG to agents that understand EHRs, medical rules, and clinical workflows with governance and system awareness. As a result, we get LLMs that are context-aware, compliant, and ready for healthcare.
· Madhu Ranjan (Lead Software Architect, Tieto Caretech) and Gautam Vishwakarma (Sr. Tech Lead, Tieto Caretech) jointly introduced the 'AI Engineering Stack,' a structured framework that shifts developers from writing code to "orchestrating context". They talked about Agentic workflow for Software development with a governed system where AI acts as a collaborative partner, improving consistency and engineering velocity.
Live demos and engaging Q&A sessions made a meaningful contribution to the community. A huge shout out to the keynote speakers, session speakers and everyone who supported the event through preparation and participation, helping power our presence. Tieto Caretech also hosted a booth showcasing offerings and services, which received strong engagement from attendees.
PuneDevCon 2025 reaffirmed our commitment to purposeful, enterprise‑ready AI engineering and community partnership—momentum we’re excited to sustain. We extend our thanks to PuneDevCon for organizing this successful event and appreciate the opportunity it provided to enhance our visibility, showcase our products and their impact on society.
