Tietoevry Industry leaders, Carsten Henke, Managing Director, and Kjetil Gard Skogen, Head of People & Culture, visited our Pune office from February 19 to February 22. They received a warm welcome from Tietoevry Industry India leadership, including Pallavi Bhat, Chaitanya Saravate, Sandip Pathak, Janhavi Markale, Sujit Jadhav, Anjali Patil, Shabnam Tamboli, Somjit Chowdhury, Vaishali Bagwe and Sakshi Walia.
During the 4 days, the leaders engaged in insightful discussions with all Tietoevry Industry India employees, sharing their vision for the business, discussing opportunities of growth and scalability, and encouraging the team to leverage synergies across units wherever possible.The open and transparent leadership approach was greatly appreciated by the team.
The employees actively participated in constructive discussions about the future of the Tietoevry Industry, making the most of this valuable opportunity. Both Carsten and Kjetil were excited by the warmth and passion displayed by our employees and were impressed to see the extensive skill set of the different teams in Public360, PPF, Education and Data Platform.
The visit served as a steppingstone in promoting closer ties among the various units of Tietoevry Industry India, which was quite evident from the energy and enthusiasm among the employees.
We look forward to future visits by Carsten and Kjetil, foreseeing continued and closer collaboration across the units of the Industry business to scale greater heights.
