On September 12, team members of Corporate Business Services (CBS) India gathered for a day-long offsite event at Fort JadhavGADH in Pune. The event was packed with engaging sessions, team-building activities, and opportunities for valuable discussions.
The day began with the team assembling at the venue, receiving a warm welcome and enjoying a wonderful morning breakfast. The event continued with an insightful CBS presentation, followed by an engaging panel discussion where leaders from each corporate function shared about their core functions, objectives, and priorities.
The agenda continued with ice-breaking activities, break-out sessions and recognition of key contributions in an R&R award ceremony which was followed by a traditional lunch.
The second half of the day was packed with fun-filled team activities, including archery, rifle shooting, badminton, and even a tour of the beautiful JadhavGADH property. Some of the business HR team members from Pune also joined the event.
The offsite event was an incredible experience that brought the whole CBS team in India closer and provided a platform for meaningful discussions and much-needed face-to-face interaction.
