The Indian Leadership Academy (ILA) hosted the Bangalore Coaching Summit themed around 'R&D for L&D (Research and Development for Learning and Development)' on July 8 at the Chancery Hotel in Bangalore.
The Indian Leadership Academy (ILA) is a global organization dedicated to creating next-generation leaders by offering leadership interventions, an integrated program for training and coaching, NLP and mindfulness, neuro-leadership, DISC assessment, leadership development for youth, and global leadership conclaves.
The day-long summit brought together coaching professionals from various fields and featured insightful sessions on L&D topics highlighting creative methods and best practices for learning in organizations. The summit also featured inspiring talks from industry experts, workshops that provided valuable skill-building opportunities, and networking sessions that facilitated meaningful connections.
Shahwar Banu and Vibha Mishra from Tietoevry Create India HR attended the summit and got an opportunity to connect with the vibrant community of professionals including aspiring coaches, counselors, trainers, and industry experts present there.
Vibha was among the Top 6 out of 80 nominations who were felicitated with ‘The Emerging L&D Leader Award 2023’ after skill and subject matter expertise assessment by an esteemed panel of jury members.
