Anshuman Mukherjee, Lead Recruitment Manager at Tietoevry India, was invited to speak at Sri Balaji University Pune (SBUP) as part of their 'Learning from Corporate Leaders' series event held on June 21, 2023. Over 600 enthusiastic MBA graduate program students with specializations in marketing, finance, HR, telecom, business analytics, international business, and operations attended this event.
In his talk, Anshuman gave some practical and actionable advice drawing from his own career experience and shared insights on how MBA students should develop the mindset and skills to launch successful careers in business. He talked about the importance of awareness, truthfulness, enthusiasm, and passion and how these qualities can equip budding professionals to succeed in their career journeys.
Anshuman stressed upon the importance of visualization, highlighting the power of envisioning positive outcomes, and encouraged everyone to stay away from any form of negativity. He stated that by harnessing the potential of visualization, individuals can develop a proactive mindset that will help them chart a successful career path in the future.
The speaker session was followed by an engaging Q&A session where participants posed some thought-provoking questions, asking Anshuman about his own failures and lessons learned.
