Recruitment strategies discussed in TechGig’s Fireside Chat with Tietoevry India Recruitment Lead

TechGig, a division of Times Internet Limited, organized a fireside chat on the topic ‘Recruitment Strategies: Efficiently Managing Time and Cost’ on July 8, 2022. Anshuman Mukherjee, Talent Acquisition Lead at Tietoevry India participated in this exclusive fireside chat session as a speaker, along with the Head of Talent Acquisition from Icertis, Abhinav Mishra.

The discussion focused on how businesses can use technology to manage time and costs while addressing long-term recruitment objectives. Some key topics discussed in the session were automating the recruitment process, creating talent pipelines, condensing the recruitment funnel and calculating the ROI.

Anshuman spoke about the importance of automation in the recruitment process and how the focus should be on minimizing the time and effort the HR teams put in.
