Göteborg Energi, one of the top-five energy companies in Sweden, has closed a deal with Tietoevry for outbound services to ensure distribution of invoices and other customer communications, both B2C and B2B. The agreement stretches over four years and is worth around 50 million SEK.
Tietoevry's Multichannel solution is a quality-assured, competitive, and modern output service that provides Göteborg Energi's customers with optimized and improved dispatching of invoices and other communications.
Sustainable work is an essential element of everything Göteborg Energi does. The new solution allows for a faster pace of digitalization, going from paper to entirely digital, aligning perfectly with Göteborg Energi's sustainability requirements.
The agreement also includes the option to make use of the invoice of the future - Live Invoice - an interactive web invoice that can also be used for other types of communication.
Having a relevant dialogue with customers at the point of payment builds good relationships and decreases the risk of losing customers. Improving the customer experience involves both imparting customized information and offers while simultaneously giving customers the option to pay with their preferred method - all of this functionality is incorporated into the Live Invoice service.
