EVRY ASA: Shareholders approve merger with Tieto Corporation

Bærum, Norway (2 September 2019) - Following the announcement on 26 June 2019 concerning the merger plan between EVRY ASA ("EVRY") and Tieto Corporation ("Tieto"), an extraordinary general meeting of EVRY ASA was held today at EVRY ASA's premises at Snarøyveien 30A, 1360 Fornebu, Norway at 13:00 CET.

All resolutions proposed were approved by the shareholders of EVRY. The minutes from the extraordinary general meeting are attached to this announcement.

The shareholders of Tieto will consider the merger at an extraordinary general meeting tomorrow, 3 September 2019.

Completion of the merger is expected in the fourth quarter of 2019 or the first quarter of 2020, subject to all regulatory approvals having been obtained and other conditions to completion having been fulfilled.
