The ISG Provider Lens™ Workday Ecosystem Report for Europe 2022 evaluates service providers within three categories:

This quadrant emphasizes the capability and in-depth expertise of consulting and strategy service providers for the Workday platform. Transforming processes to meet business objectives is the key marker of the consulting service.
Managed Services
This quadrant assesses the ability of a service provider to support post-deployment activities for the Workday platform and products. These services ensure the availability of the platform and offer customizations for business needs.
