Customer Data and Consents

Are you often in need of more information about your customers - such as if your customer can be reached digitally or other data to personalize your customer messages? With this service, you will access information and get enrichment data to improve the data quality.

The Customer Data and Consents service provide information about end customers such as digital payment channels for the given customers. It supports both private customers (people) and business customers (companies).

The service can for eg. be used to determine if an end customer has consented to receive a payment request in different channels, such as Internet bank based on a JTTA (Ja-Takk-Till-Alla) consent.

The service also offers the possibility for the client to update and/or enrich existing customer data from many open external data sources. Examples of such data are postal addresses, mobile phone numbers, and property or car ownership.
